New bathroom suite including walk in shower. Second floor ensuite with wet room. Ground floor toilet. New utility room units and sink. Installation of oak handrail and Richard Burbridge Chrome Fusion Spindles. New Electrics and Plumbing throughout. Full decoration of house to a very high standard.

Full renovation of five bedroom house in Balham consisting of new kitchen, two family bathrooms, one ensuite bathroom and ground floor toilet. New electrics, plumbing, plastering, tiling and flooring thoughout, new windows. Cornice made to match existing profiles to maintain original features throughout. Decoration of whole house to a high standard.

Renovation of a second story ensuite bathroom in Putney consisting of removal of existing wall to reconfigure bathroom size. Installation of velux windows for additional lighting. Installation of new wet room including double vanity and wall hung toilet, all new electrics and plumbing, plastering , tiling and decoration to a the highest of standards.

Our team work closely with a conservatory company who design and install conservatories. We then follow behind to finish the room with new plastering, flooring, electrics and plumbing and full decoration to a high standard to create this beautiful space.

Fitting of kitchen in a new extension Wimbledon consisting of new electrics and plumbing, LVT flooring, new cabinets, extractor and stone worktops with a glass splashback. Decoration to a high standard.

Decoration of swimming pool in Tunbridge Wells consisting of erection of scaffold. Refurbishment of oak beams. Decoration to a high standard throughout with mould inhibiting paint.

Construction of stud walls to divide a large bedroom to create space for a walk in wardrobe. Fitting of walk in wardrobe units and full decoration throughout.

Bespoke made wardrobes to fit either side of chimney breast. Shaker style fronts with internal shelving, drawers and clothes rails. Hand painted in an eggshell brushed finish.

Overhaul of standard carpeted staircase consisting of removal of old flooring, replace existing treads with new oak finished treads, tiling risers with a varied pattern to create this bespoke look.
Re-carpet to house and LVT flooring to lounge and hall.

Bathroom Renovation in Oxted consisting of full strip out of existing bathroom, installation of a betty bath (short bath) sink and toilet.
Wood panel effect created on the walls with tongue and groove. New tiling and flooring. Full decoration to a high standard.
